The main building, and communal area is a two-story palapa, which really brings the property together with a sense of harmony. Meals are eaten here and drinks are enjoyed. As you enter first thing you notice is the beautiful hard wood floors, and the amazing view of the pool and the ocean. This area is extremely cool with the sweet ocean breeze flowing through the space. The large wooden dinning table is great for dinner parties and bringing the whole family together. A fully equipped open kitchen is the perfect place to cook amazing meals. Along the edge of the area there are hanging chairs perfect for to chilling after a big meal. The main living room area with polished cement built in couches offer a comfortable place to relax by the pool. As in this space is a full bathroom.

The upstairs area, one of the best rooms on the property, is one of the most relaxing places to sleep. With a king and a single bed, it is the closest sleeping area to the ocean. This sleeping platform has amazing view with great star gazing at night.

Describing the best for last, the amazingly well-designed pool area allows you to escape the heat whilst enjoying the spectacular view of one of the best beaches in Mexico. The polished brown cement gives the pool a natural look, with a large shallow are for the kids to swim in, just perfect for the whole family. This feature is very attractive for rentals, with the infinity pool design and palm trees lining the edges, you cannot get more of a tropical feel. The pool extends to an fabulous Jacuzzi great for fresh winter nights, and on to a wooden deck that aligns the end of the pool and connects to the lounge chair area. The lounge chair area is a big vast space, this open area allows you really appreciate the view of this amazing coast line. The beach directly in front is spectacular, the clean sand and clear water are mesmerizing.

The style of the three main casitas and large common area are timeless examples of the traditional architecture of the Pacific Coast, and the property exudes rustic elegance and luxury throughout. Designed with privacy in mind the casitas have been consciously built into the natural setting of native trees and plants, with plenty of space between the villas to create a secluded atmosphere. As you walk in through the property you are immediately struck by the vast garden, a mature Ceiba tree covers the land in a pleasant shade. The natural palapa roofs add to this sense of being enveloped by nature and sleeping under a beautiful natural basket. This listing comes completely equipped with all the current furniture included, which is of a high quality and style. The large pool, heated Jacuzzi and kitchen in the Common area, make the property the ultimate seaside retreat.
The first casita is situation towards the back of the property, on the road side. It is a two-story casita with a kitchen and bathroom below. Upstairs is an outdoor patio, and closed in main bedroom with a cosy and quaint feel. The open-air area can work as a living space but there is also room for one more bed. The polished cement floors and traditional stone artisan design give it an authentic and luxury feel. The room is wonderfully fresh and cool due to the design and its position under the shade of the trees, it is perfect for long term rentals.
Continuing walking through the vast garden you arrive to the second casita. This consists of one big palapa, with a platform king bed and a great ocean view. The local hard wood parota doors create an fantastically imposing entrance whilst giving the casita a natural look. The bathroom is spacious with a mix of bamboo, local wood and polished cement it exudes comfort and calm vibes. There is a large porch to the front with a floor of reclaimed, exotic brazil wood, a built in polished cement couch, love seat and swinging chair. This setting is perfect for relaxing any time of the day and enjoying the sunsets.
The third casita is very similar also with a rustic yet luxurious open-air feel. This casita is slightly bigger and allows for an extra single bed in the room. The bathroom, with its large shower area and its open air feel is a nice touch. With great ocean views there is no better place to wake up and take in the beauty of the Pacific Coast.
